Last night I fulfilled my ultimate baseball mom duties. I worked the dreaded consession stand, but you know what? It was not as bad as I had feared!
Kendra and I did it together and it was alot of fun! We met up with alot of friends and has a good time. Our only snafu was when we started running low on quarters and freaked out because we had no idea who to go to for more, but thankfully we had some very kind hearted customers who put dollar bills back in their pockets and pulled out quarters instead. Heck one guy just handed us a bunch of quarters and “donated” them to the cash box! Awesome!
At 7:30 the Nationwide team took the field against Farm Bureau Insurance and we won 10-6! Nathan scored another run for the night. He rocks!
